Pricing & Money Movement Policy

1. Deposits

The minimum deposit to start predicting on BetaMarket is $10.

The final payment provider is subject to confirmation before launch. Any fee charged by your bank or payment provider is outside BetaMarket's control and subject to their own terms.

2. Predictions

The minimum position size is $1 — with a $10 deposit you can spread your balance across several different predictions.

Once you confirm a transfer, payment, or prediction, the action is final and cannot be reversed. Depositing and holding a balance in your account has no cost or time limit — irreversibility only applies at the moment you confirm a prediction.

3. What happens when a market resolves

Every pool is split the same way, with no exceptions, on every market on the platform:

"Pro-rata" means proportional to what you risked — not an equal split among all winners. Example: if 50% of the pool is $1,000 and you contributed 10% of all the capital that predicted correctly, you receive 10% of that $1,000 ($100) — not an equal share with every other winner.

On the 5% that goes to the savings account: the principal isn't withdrawable, but the interest it generates is, subject to the terms of our U.S. sponsor bank.

4. Withdrawals

The 20% a startup receives from the pool is withdrawn through the same channels as any other user — bank transfer at no cost, or card at 2%. For large amounts, bank transfer is the recommended method.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees on any withdrawal — whether you're a predictor or a startup, and regardless of method — those fees are outside BetaMarket's control and subject to each provider's terms.

Your withdrawal limits are visible in your account at all times, based on your verification level. We don't apply hidden or unexplained variable limits.

5. Verification and large amounts

There's no artificial cap per prediction for verified users. Transactions of $10,000 or more may require additional verification — this is standard banking compliance that applies to any regulated financial platform, not a BetaMarket-specific restriction.

Premium and Data API charges are processed via Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. The plan price is set by BetaMarket — the payment provider charges its own processing fee separately (2%–3% on card, bank-dependent cost on transfer), outside BetaMarket's control.

Requirement to activate Level 1 (not included in the plan price): the founder predicts on their own goal with a minimum of $100 of their own capital, publicly declared. See Curation Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

BetaMarket may modify fees, limits, and payment conditions, seeking to avoid affecting funds already committed. Changes are announced with reasonable advance notice before taking effect.
