Our commitment
BetaMarket™ only works if every prediction is made with the same information, available to everyone at the same time. This page brings together the rules, mechanics, and verification systems that protect that condition.
Pool mechanics
The split is fixed for every BetaMarket™ market, published before any prediction is placed. No exceptions.

Save with our sponsoring bank. The interest it generates is yours — withdrawable immediately, in your currency. Your capital is available after 12 months, depending on what the bank can handle. You lose nothing: with BetaMarket™, your money also works while you predict.
Credibility ladder
Every startup earns its place publicly. The market decides — not Platia Capital.

Restricted zones
No startup registered in the "Próspera" ZEDE — or in any zone that doesn't respect its country's native constitution — is admitted to BetaMarket™.
Consequences
A startup that provides false information at any level of the ladder is permanently removed from the platform and reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.
A startup that does not demonstrate verified milestone progress by the resolution date does not receive the 20% of the pool. That money does not become BetaMarket™ revenue: it is deposited in the Integrity Fund, a segregated account with restricted uses (fraud detection, startup verification, compliance, and recovery of funds), whose balance and use are published every year.
